A balanced approach to Yoga Therapy
The intention of these Yin Yang Training Programs is to support yoga practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists & body workers in deepening their understanding of a specific focus and provide you with the respective knowledge and tools to support Healing from within. We dive into the art & science of teaching Yoga from a balanced approach and human experience.
Bringing elements of Yin & Yang energies to a variety of other powerful practices and wisdom, such as Pranayma, Meditation, Chanting, Philosophy & Physiology, these programs build upon a foundation to offer the appropriate teachings to specific students at the appropriate times.
Each one of these modules gives you 150hr YA credits which will be explained more in detail when you go to the information & registration part.
The program includes daily asana practice, interactive lectures, group work and individual homework.
