With this guided Meditation Belly Breath by & with Mirjam Wagner you will find an increased awareness of your belly center – an important place from which we connect to our inherent wisdom, intuition and inner voice.
An important nerve, the Vagal nerve, runs through this region. This nerve is crucial for our digestion and the regulation of our involuntary nervous system, the relax & recover response (parasympathetic nervous system) when we breath through our belly rather than just up in the chest.
Every Meditation Session has been developed to bring support & guidance when life overwhelms you. Psycho-emotional aspects of our being, such as Coming Home, Trust Yourself, Loving Kindness ect are being cultivated during these minute meditations.
A sequence doesn´t last longer than 12 – 15 minutes; however, once you get familiar with the healing effects of stillness you are always welcome to stay as long as you feel comfortable.
