This Yin & Movement Sequence for the Liver combines stimulating movements from the Kundalini practice with quiet and relaxing Yin Yoga poses.

The vital functions of the Liver will all be stimulated and positively supported: checking the venous blood coming from the digestive organs before continuing their way to the heart. Transforming, absorbing, storing and creating.

Also, the liver is responsible for a smooth flow of Qi, Blood and Emotions and therefore has an important influence on our general mood.

In addition to these physiological & emotional qualities, a healthy liver enhances our capacity to stay centred, to set our boundaries and to say ‘no’ without feeling guilty.
